Términos y condiciones de venta

1. Objeto
Estas condiciones regulan la venta de productos a través de esta tienda. Al realizar un pedido, el cliente acepta estos términos.
2. Precios e impuestos
Todos los precios se muestran en euros (o libras para Reino Unido) e incluyen el IVA aplicable. Los gastos de envío se indican antes de finalizar la compra.
3. Pedidos en pre-venta
Determinados productos se ofrecen en régimen de pre-venta. El cliente acepta expresamente que:
- El importe del pedido se cobra al 100 % en el momento de la compra.
- La fecha estimada de envío es noviembre de 2026 y puede variar por causas ajenas a nuestra voluntad; te informaremos de cualquier cambio relevante.
- El cliente puede cancelar el pedido y obtener el reembolso íntegro (100 %) en cualquier momento antes de su envío, escribiendo a hello@kode.diy.
4. Pago
El pago se realiza mediante los métodos habilitados en el checkout. El pedido se confirma una vez recibido el pago.
5. Derecho de desistimiento, devoluciones y garantía
Se rigen por nuestra Política de devoluciones y reembolsos, que forma parte de estas condiciones.
6. Legislación aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por la legislación española. Para consumidores, será competente el tribunal de su lugar de residencia dentro de la UE cuando así lo prevea la normativa de consumo.

1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of products through this store. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
2. Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in euros (or pounds for the United Kingdom) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown before completing the purchase.
3. Pre-orders
Certain products are offered on a pre-order basis. The customer expressly accepts that:
- The order amount is charged in full at the time of purchase.
- The estimated shipping date is November 2026 and may change due to circumstances beyond our control; we will inform you of any material change.
- The customer may cancel the order and obtain a full (100%) refund at any time before it ships, by emailing hello@kode.diy.
4. Payment
Payment is made using the methods enabled at checkout. The order is confirmed once payment is received.
5. Right of withdrawal, returns and guarantee
These are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence within the EU shall have jurisdiction where consumer regulations so provide.
